Hello, Crayon here! I'm a freelance Illustrator who mostly does Discord and Twitch emotes, and I also do character illustrations. I've been doing digital art for hobby since 2017, started freelancing on November 2020 to support my studies.

TERMS OF SERVICE
By Commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL
🍊 Progress about the commissioned artwork will be updated via Discord direct message.
🍊 Be patient while waiting for the queue/commissioned artwork, as it may take days, weeks, or even months depending on the availability of the artist.
🍊 I have the right to reject the commission if I find it outside my capabilities, if I find it controversial, or if it needs to be rushed.
🍊 Commissioned Artwork will be posted in my PIXIV, TWITTER, and anywhere of my liking for self promotion.
🍊 I will use my desired commissioned emotes in my own server.
🍊 I will ask the client if they will want to share the emotes in main community discord servers (Official Game Servers).
🍊 You may only use the artwork for personal use, or self promoting, but you are not allowed to resell it unless commercial rights is given by the artist.
🍊 You are not allowed to remove watermarks.
🍊 I hold the rights to the commissioned artwork.
🍊 You are not allowed to do any changes/alteration to the artworks.
🍊 Do not use my artworks as NFT
PAYMENT
🍊 Payments are only made through PAYPAL, or G-cash(only if you live in the Philippines and you prefer it).
🍊 Payment Methods will be changed from upfront payment to 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the final viewing before sending the files. However, any orders below 3 emotes are 100% upfront due to PayPal cuts. The Client may choose to pay 100% upfront.
🍊 Prices will be doubled if the artwork is for commercial use.
PROCESS
🍊 The product will be delivered via Gmail with attached drive link.
🍊 Future Clients may request a refund if I don't respond and send progress (screenshot) after a month.
🍊 Future Clients may ask me for future minor changes on emotes even months after it is done. Unless it's a major detail. If you insist, I will have to charge more.
